Both Gary and I have gone thru this lose and no matter how old you are it is never easy. He was a terrific man. You will think of him often and miss him more than you know, and some day you will see him again in heaven. This will be the 30th year I have Auctioned the Blue Ribbon Livestock for the Kane County 4-Her's. And for 30 years, there sat Bob Konen, bidding and buying. I will miss his smileing face and his support that he has given me and all the other 4-Her's of Kane County. I am sure Bob and John are at an auction up there, bidding buying and selling. Bob Konen was one of God's special people. He was kind and generous. He was brilliant and humble. He was a great husband, father and grandfather. And yes, he was a good friend to many, many people. We will all miss him. May God Bless him and may his soul rest in peace.
