May God bless you and your families in this time of sorrow. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy and prayers to the Kozelka family during this sad time. I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Bob in the early 70's while we served together in the Tactical Unit.

We were very saddened to hear of your father's passing. You are all in our thoughts

It is with fond memories that I recall our times in the old Tact Unit, It was a pleasure to have served with you. You will be missed by all who knew you. God bless and please watch over me.

God speed Bob. It was a pleasure to have worked with you. Now its your turn to watch over me. (still working on my 42nd year). The Tactical reunion was one of the greatest events I have ever attended. I know you will organize the Angels.
God Bless you Bob

May the Lord our God be with you all.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.
