Betty and were so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We know it was a tough time these last years for both of you.
I enjoyed working with Bob on AIEE/IEEE matters and when he was with the Corp of Engineers. Those were great days for me having the opportunity know men like Bob, Larry Fisher and the whole hydroelectric design group. I also enjoyed being with Bob during his trade mission to North Africa.

Dearest Krahn Family,
My dad, John Kuvallis, worked with your husband/father for many years at the Army Corps Of Engineers. They were good friends not only at the Corps, but outside as well. I seem to recall a few fishing stories, as they both shared a passion for fishing. We just remember our dad talking about Bob Krahn and the great times they had working together as engineers at the corps. On behalf of my family, our heartfelt condolences to you at this time.

I'm so sorry to read of your loss. It seems odd that I just thought of Bob a few days ago and wondered why that little memory popped up. I have some pictures that my grandmother, his Aunt Lillian kept of him and I'm planning to bring them for you if I can make it to the reception. I'd like to see you all again even though the occasion is a sad one.
