Judge Kulp's family should be very proud of his many years of service to his community. He was a tough act to follow at the Lansdale District Court. He was also a fun guy to play golf with. Believe me, he was a much better judge than he was a golfer. ;-)

So sorry to hear of Judge Kulp's passing. I worked for him in 1981 at the district court as a criminal secretary. He was a joy to work for and we shared a lot of jokes. My husband David, was a police officer with Towamencin and knew Bob well. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time.
