The Larkey residence in Spenard was a second home to most of us growing up in the neighborhood and Bob (& Marge)helped shape so many lives, including mine. Sorry for you loss.

Reading through this guest book shows just how many lives you have touched. I so wish we were closer and had more time. I love you Uncle Bob. Rest in peace.

Rest in peace

Everyday I miss you. And although the sadness from it has passed and the amazing memeories have begin to bring me joy, I still cry. Ive been down to Kenai a lot since youve been gone, just to be lost in those moments weve always had fishing together with the family. I remember catching silvers with you in the slew one year because they were in so thick. And I always remember every fish we caught we always wanted you to be the first to see. Although you were a man of few words, I learned a lot...

Though I've only had the privilege of meeting him once, I felt like I knew a lot about him from the way everyone spoke about him. In poor physical health, he still made it to his granddaughter's wedding. That says a lot about his character and love for his family. He was an inspirational, dedicated, and honorable man. He will be deeply missed.
My prayers are with his family at this time.

I am very sad to see you go Grandpa. You were a great man and meant a lot to many people. I know you are looking down upon us and will always look out for us up there. I love you Grandpa.
