Thank you Bob's family who contacted me this evening. I have such fond memories of Bob just over the past 10 years. We met over his desire to publish his poetry, and I helped him get that done. He published "Into All That Blue" in about 2015, and "The Autumn of My Discontent" in about 2021. As we worked closely together on drafts and PDFs and ISBNs and the ins and outs of self-publishing via a website, we talked of the neighborhood - I had grown up on that street before he moved there - and...

Bob befriended me when I arrived at CWRU in 1987. A wonderful colleague and friend. We bonded at first over our commitment to ethics but soon found many other things we both cared about. I´m grateful that Cynthia and I were able to meet Bob and Kathy over coffee during our most recent visit to Cleveland. A great and good person.

Very sorry to hear about his passing. He was always kind and encouraging to me, especially when I first started at CWRU. My deepest sympathies.
