Not sure what to say?

Prayers for the family as I attended high school with his daughter Mitzi

Bob worked with my dad at KNBR during the glorious 1970s when Radio was still the prime communication source ! I also worked with him when I hung out at the KNBR newsroom doing traffic reports. That was about 50 years ago, but I cannot forget him. Bob was kind, talented, and popular with all the staff. I know my dad would want me to represent him tomorrow at Bob's good-bye. Thank you Bob and bless you and your loved ones. Nicky Trasvina

Laz was a Sigma Nu Fraternity brother in the 1950-s. We never tired of hearing him recite the story of "Schnikelfecker is playing tonight" Rest in Peace Brother Laz

Lazich family were longtime friends of my mother, Rose Masanovich Pierce and my father, Harry. Whenever Bob, Mildred and Sophie visited Butte they came to my parent's house for a visit. They were a kind and generous family. Bob was a true gentlemen. Rose Ann Mirich, Butte, MT.

Was so proud of the Butte guy who made it good.listened to his show when I taught in Hilmar

It was a delight to see Bob every morning with his big smile and genuinely warm greeting. He loved a good laugh and had a beautiful insight into the world around him. He is missed terribly by his many friends at Oakmont and my sympathies are extended to you Mitzi and your brothers and family. How lucky we were to have had your dad as part of our lives. God Bless

Hi Bay Area listeners, bob was so familiar since we had knbr on our fiat car radio every day.i remembered he had worked different shifts on different days.my son and I visited butte to check out Montana tech.he was like a teacher telling current events.now he joins frank dill, Ron Lyons,Mike cleary peacefully.doug.

Bob was one of the kindest, most professional, gifted and likable people I ever worked with in broadcasting. A wonderful guy.
