Not sure what to say?

At the sound of this message, please leave a beep, dear Bob.

Always in our hearts, Clark and I, you and Marj, walking the streets of Boston on First Night...thank you Bob. Miss you enormously.

Bob and Marj were our constant theater companions and personal friends. When my partner, Clark Bowlen, became terminally ill, it was Bob and Marj who visited us in the nursing home, and witnessed the scattering of his ashes into the Ct River, as he requested. Weor shared flatwater paddling, many Boston First Nights and a enduring affection for each other. Bob, the world is poorer with your loss. Thanks, Bob, for your intellect, wit, warmth and originality.

I was a student of Mr. Lehan's theater class at Westfield State in the mid 80's. I loved his class and he was a wonderful teacher & person. I just learned if his passing from the Westfield State Alumni publication. I was saddened to hear of his passing. He had incredible enthusiasm and truly enjoyed teaching. My deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends.

I was saddened to read about the passing of Mr. Lehan. As a child I grew up next door to the Lehan family and have the fondest memories of Bob, Margerie, Eric, C.B. and Joanna. I always enjoyed seeing them walking together downtown and occasionally bumping into them at a restaurant or shopping. They were always kind and approachable. My families deepest condolences. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Margorie, I have no words that can convey what you and your beloved husband have given me. From the time I met you during my freshman year to the day you came to my wedding, you two were my mentors and my inspiration. Thank you for everything you have done for me. I love you both dearly.

Bob and Marj were best man and best woman at our marriage in 1987, but the collaboration between Bob and my deceased husband, Clark Bowlen, started long before when Clark apprenticed under
Bob at Westfield State College Theater. Bob and Clark shared a love of Irish Theater and "The Abbey" theater company in Ireland. We shared many great theater experiences in the Northeast, first night performances in Boston, and Bob and Marj attended every show Clark and I produced, from MCC to community...

Dear Marge and family, So sorry to hear about Bob's passing. It was wonderful having you as neighbors...lots of great funny and interesting chatting on our porches, attending different family/friends events and going to Bob's plays. It was so much fun to just drop by and discuss theater, movies and often politics. Bob was always witty, erudite and mischievous....one of a kind.

A treasured neighbor. Alway ready with a delightful story to share. We will miss him greatly. Best wishes sent to his family especially Marge.
