He was a wonderful neighbor, husband, father,,and friend. Our Son was buddies with his children, and had great times. I know his family today still miss him, and have many fond memories

I was so sorry to read about Bob´s death. Bob was in my class at Wake Forest and both my deceased husband, Ken, and I enjoyed watching Bob on the basketball court. I send sincere condolences to all of Bob´s family and children and grandchildren. Mary Nan Moser

I was a high school and college classmate of Robert. He was a special athlete and person. He was admired, Tennessee and Wake Forest. An humble and kind man.

Our heart felt saddened goes out to the Lenard Family. Have known them 48 years, and admired the love of this family, grandparents showed love for you children, your mother was super, I can yet today hear her calling each child, Christopher I heard a lot, we share your love and memories, as we lost Robert little friend Greg a few years back. So sorry to hear about this. I always enjoyed chatting with Bob when I worked at the Register of Deeds. Quite the gentleman as well as a tremendous athlete. Condolences to his family.
