Never knew what Cousin Bob did,,just new as a kid he was very smart and liked playing pinochle with my Dad..He´d send me a letter every year until he died..Now I know why he moved to Colorado.

I just found out about Bob´s passing today. He lived at Torrey Pines where I also have lived for many years. I always said hello to Bob and held the door for him if I saw him coming. By chance, and an out of order elevator, I spent my birthday with Bob in the lobby of our building one year. He was using a walker at the time and couldn´t go up the stairs so I told him I would wait with him for the elevator repairman to get here. We chatted for 3 hours about his travels and his WWII service...

Bob was a very interesting man, highly intelligent, with a good sense of
humor. He enjoyed all people, and was constantly learning. His many
friends will miss him.

Knowing Bob was a lifelong gift. He was a very special man -- a delightful man with an incredible intellect.

I never knew any of these accomplishments of cousin Bob..I just remember coming to my parents home to play Pinnacle with my Dad, and visiting him at his parents home in the city...when he was in town.Enjoyed his always sending Christmas cards with a letter...

Great memories of a vacation trip to Denver where Bob was our tour guide. He leaves a smile on my heart!!
