Wow, I just found out about Uncle Robert's death last September, and am saddened as he was my favorite great uncle as a kid, and I so enjoyed my visit with him when Mother and I were in California in 1993. I always wished that I had been his daughter, as I loved horses so much and would have loved to have followed in his footsteps! He was charming, funny, and did his own thing!

Robert was very special to me. I will always and fondly remember all of the breakfasts that he cooked (every single day for his family) when I visited the Lewis home. He was a wonderful man and father.
