Not sure what to say?

To the Family of Robert Lien,

It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of your father, brother and friend, today. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lien as a faithful contributor to The Salvation Army and to learn of his great love for his late wife Audrey, in whose name he dedicated his gifts to The Salvation Army until his passing. May he rest in peace.

Sincerely,
Rowena Saunders
Donor Relations Director

My sincere condolences to Bob's loved ones. I join you all in mourning the loss of such a truly unique individual whose warmth, wit, and intelligence I had the pleasure of sharing for what now seems such a brief time. Knowing him and Audrey was one of life's surprise pleasures. Gwen Alexis

My sincere sympathy to Bob's children and his sister's and niece Laura, I remember meeting Bob and miss your Mom who was so kind to me and your Dad who Bob resembles so much.
Love and Prayers,
Carmella Wilce, Indian Lake

At our 60th high school reunion, Bob sat at the same table with me and my wife along with Charlie Cardone and Ruth Ann Bryant and Lillian Copensky. Of course lots of reminiscing and laughs. Occasionally I would see Bob at antique car shows. Really a top flight good guy. Very sorry to learn of his passing.

Dear Donna,
Bob and were classmates at Denville for two years and then 4 years at DHS 52. He had a great sense of humor and loved the St. Louis Cardinals..I spoke with him by email a few months ago and was hoping to see him this month at the Mt Lakes reunion..he was a great guy and I am very sad to hear of his passing. Sincerely,
Jim Romano

My condolences to Bob's family. We were classmates at Dover High School for four years and at at Rutgers for two. We were roommates at RU during our sophomore year. Both Bob and our third roommate Fred Perone were ushers at our marriage in 1954. I have many fond memories of that last year at Rutgers. Bob was a great guy and a lot of fun to be with.

Dear Donna,

We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of your brother Robert. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
