Robert Dean Lipscomb, 40, a native of Clarksburg, West Virginia, a U.S. Army veteran, a member of Bethel Temple Church, died in Tyler County, West Virginia, on the evening of Thursday, September 13, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Monday, September 17, 2001, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at Davis Funeral Home, One Olen Thomas Drive, Route 98, Clarksburg. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 18, 11 a.m., at the funeral home, officiated by Reverend Kenneth Howe. Interment will be at West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton. Military graveside rites will be accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Davis Funeral Home, Clarksburg, West Virginia.
