In loving memory of my dear friend Robert, whose companionship has been a cherished part of my life since the 1950s when we were close neighbors in Japan. I hold dear memories of the countless hours spent with him and his parents. Despite the miles and years, his warm welcomes during my occasional visits to New York made me feel like family.
