Not sure what to say?

To all the Longs: Every spring when the birds start arriving I think of Bob, ..he taught me a lot about nature and life .

He will always have special place in my life and I contemplate his words often. The best to all of you .

What a wonderful person and doctor he was. Loved working for him back in the 80's. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He will definitely be missed.

Forgot to sign my Guest Book entry. It's Nancy Kasouf, Dublin, Ohio.

I was so deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Long's passing. I was fortunate enough to have worked at Lyndon Pediatrics for 18 years and can honestly say it was the best job i have ever had. I still consider so many people from Lyndon as my family. Dr. Long was such a caring physician and he loved Ellie and his children so much. My deepest sympathies and love to all of you.

To Ellie and Family,
Our heartfelt sympathy to you all. Dr.Bob was a wonderful teacher and brought much joy to us as we were learning to bird. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. The birds are singing his praise everywhere.

Lyle and Milly Welker , Manlius, New York

Ellen and Family, Heartfelt condolences for your loss. Remember the good times and a life well lived.

To Ellie and Family:
I cannot begin to express how sad this news is . Bob was a father, a brother and a mentor to me ,and one of the finest human beings I have ever known. he will be sadly, but fondly missed .
I will think of him always when I am out birding .. my heart goes out to you all

To Ellie and Family: My greatest sympathy to you all. Bob was so full of love (especially for his family) and life. The light from those qualities always graced his presence. That light continues to shine. May you find peace and may Bob be blessed for eternity.

Our condolences to the Long family from one of his many patients and her parents. Bob's care and kindness will never be forgotten! Nor will his ability to imitate bird calls on a Tug Hill nature walk! He will be missed!
