Not sure what to say?

My beautiful memories of Doc and Alta(Grammi)...
On holiday in Grand Cayman Doc and Alta shared their precious time with me for which I am truly grateful. They shared a love that was an inspiration to all. My memories of Doc are of him sitting beneath the tall trees on seven mile beach outside the Governors house.
Alta and I fussing over him making sure he didn't burn in the midday sun.Oh what beautiful memories... I will always remember them.
Watch over us all Doc and rest assured...

Brother Bob,

You were born in Feb of 1920 and I in Nov. of 1921. We bonded early in life sharing the agreeable and the disagreeable together. You made most of the decisions which I never questioned.
You could dig more clams, catch more fish, and was a better shot for woodcock. I was the brother who had more girlfriends!!!
You worked hard as a student in high school and college. Your success Bob in life was due to sweat not genius. You started medical school in N.Y. during my...

To everyone who is reading or writing all these wonderful words of "Our Precious Doc". I wanted you all to know it was my honor and priviledge to be his partner, soulmate, best friend, and most of all his wife. We shared 35 glorious years, however, he was your "Doc" first, for being your friend, confidant and Doctor was his first love. He loved you all and all your "secrets" went with him.
All of us, Deb, Rob, Joan, our many children from all over the world: Christine, Marvin, Gaston,...

I was privlaged to meet Doc and Alta only once and I am so grateful to them both. The hospitality and care I recieved while visiting them with my sister Chris and family really impressed me. I am so Thankful for the love they gave Chris and the sense of family she recieved. I only wish I had known Doc better. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.

I was fortunate to meet Doc on a few occasions through my sister Christine Rich. His presence was charismatic and memorable. He was a father figure for my sister and I will always be thankful for his kindness and generosity towards her. This world has lost a gentleman.....You are all in my prayers.

To Alta and the Lord Family,
When a man as big as "Doc"passes on everyone feels it. He was a big hearted, generous man who made impact on all those he touched. He will be missed.
Sincerely,

To all of Doc Lord's Family--
Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Doc. He was truely a wise man. I will always remember him telling me to "Make a cup of tea!" at midnight when my baby girl was so sick, and me yelling at him that I didn't want tea . He told me to "sit down and be quiet and lsiten --it wasn't for me- it was for her. The tea worked and he had me up there at the farm office before it opened that morning-- he looked her over and wrote a prescription-- for...

A FEW YEARS WENT BY AND DOC WAS STILL SAYING "GOOD MORNING BEAUTIFUL" AND NOW I WAS SAYING "GOOD MORNING HANDSOME" IT WAS OUR...
