As kids on Sherman rd. we both had fun memories. Bob & I laughed about climbing apple trees, jumping from that tall swing set, riding bikes to Gusties candy store, and once or twice some mischievous stuff ;~). Even this summer he seemed confident about his future. Bob never looked back in regret, or forward in fear. This unique quality will always be my memory of Bob.
My condolence to the family. I know we will all miss him.

I would like to tell Robert's family what a special person he was.We worked at Meijer together, and he was always happy to help others, and always had a pleasant smile. He was thoughtful and kind and I guess this is a shock to me. I didn't realize he had been ill. I know way back when he was trying to get his neck straightened every time I would see him I would say look forward Robert and he was always happy. I am so sorry for your loss.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Lowden Family. One of the great things about living in a small community is the amount people you get to know . Bob was one of those unique people I got to know while growing up and eventually working for the City of Zilwaukee and even when we moved whenever I ran into Bob he would greet me with a hearty hello and ask how I was doing. We'll miss you Bob.

I have become very good friends with Robert since he started with Meijer. He was the sweetest, most kind person anyone could know, but most of all had the biggest heart of anyone I knew. I have so many great memories of him, to cherish for the rest of my life. Words cannot express the void that I will have in my life now, but I sure do know that I have one awesome Guardian Angel up there watching over me.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Lowden Family for thier loss.

To the Lowden Family,
I have known Bob since I was young growing up in Zilwaukee. He was a wonderful man and he is so going to be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during your time of grief and know that the ones that knew him best are also sharing your grief.

I have spent many years with Robert working at Meijers. I enjoyed our conversations about the Detroit Red Wings, and other sports teams he enjoyed. I will miss him passing in the halls. We all share in your grief. My god bless your family in the difficult time.
