I met Bob when I first came to Portland in 1994 and was exploring legal careers. I didn't get a job with his law firm, but made a friend for life. He was a friend, mentor, and surrogate father. My husband, Rich, and I spent many wonderful times talking the night away during dinners with Bob and Kay. I will miss him dearly. Sending my deepest condolences to Kay, Kelly, Rick, and the grandkids.
