LUKASAVITZ, Robert E. – Of Flint, age 70, died Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.



 



Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Deacon Ronald Kenney officiating.



 



Burial in Flint Memorial Park with military honors.



 



In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Whaley Children’s Home.



 



Visitation 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home until the time of the service.



 



Robert was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on October 19, 1945, the son of the late Donald and Angeline (Kniat) Lukasavitz and was a resident of Flint most of his life.



 



Mr. Lukasavitz was employed by General Motors for 20 years.



 



Surviving are son, Tim (Kellie) Lukasavitz;



daughter, Nicole Traylor;



son, BJ Lukasavitz;



 



four grandchildren, Noah Lukasavitz,



Xavier Lukasavitz,



Cheyenne Allen and



Ranezne Smith;



 



brothers, Fred (Juanita) Lukasavitz and Thomas (Bev) Lukasavitz;



sister, Mary (John) Singer;



several nieces and nephews.



 



He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Vrbensky.

Bob always did what he could to make us smile, I'll never forget Christmas when we were kids, He would dress as Santa Claus..and it was the best!! We will all miss you... Thanks for the memories.
