Robert Luttrell Obituary
SPC E-4 Robert Marvin "Pete" Luttrell, 86, of Mosheim, passed away Tuesday at home with his family.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and loved the country he served. He also retired from the Southern Railroad.
Pete was a member of Bewley's Chapel Church.
He was a loving husband, father, papaw and great-papaw.
He is survived by his daughters: Ronda (Mike) Kolar and Robin Haun; grandchildren: Jessica Cavanaugh, Whitney (Billy) Ottinger, and Devin (Lucas) Henderson; great-grandchildren: Allie Ottinger, Ariel Ottinger, Acea Ottinger, Angel Ottinger and Arabella Henderson; sisters: Ruth Freeman, Mae Blazer, Frances Gona V. Moyers, Lois Ball, Joyce Ottinger, Vonda Morelock, and Iva Aiken; and brothers: Dale Luttrell, Bennie Luttrell and Gerry Luttrell.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife: Mary Jo Luttrell; his parents: Henry Robert Luttrell and Izola Luttrell; a sister: Leona Hawk; and brothers: Glen Luttrell, Ivas (Gunter) Luttrell, Ben Luttrell and Scotty Luttrell.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. The Rev. Steve Ryman will officiate.
Interment will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Newport.
Pallbearers will include Billy Ottinger, Lucas Henderson, Mike Kolar, Terry Ottinger, Dan Linsey and Wade Hall.
