My Sincere Condolences to the Macewen and Harkins Families on the Passing of Bob Macewen. I first met Bob when I was hired on the DPW Highway Division. Bob was a Terrific Boss who truly cared about his workers. He was very fair and led by example, often working during the night in major storms.
