Not sure what to say?

I was shocked when I heard Bob had passed away.Bob was my stepfather from the age of 6 till 18 years old. He was such a huge influence on my life and pretty much most of my memories growing up include Bob.He taught me how to drive a stick shift, always took the time to help me with my homework, and I remember how he use to quiz my brother and I on State Capitals during dinner. Im glad I was able to see Bob a few times in the past years to tell him how my life was, to find out how his was,...

You think some people will just always be there, its hard to imagine Bob gone. He was such an incredible competitor in golf and even monopoly. He was a great son, a great father and stepfather to my children and a Great American.

Bob Manlowe brought a lot into my life. Since 1972 when we met at Porter Valley Country Club we played together in many tournaments. Won some, lost more. Bob was such a competitor, he couldn't stand losing. I know he fought for every moment after being diagnosed. He had a great capacity for making one feel better. He was always so encouraging and helpful in every way possible. I will miss him dearly as I know everyone who knew him will.

To his family and loved ones I can only say...

First I want to say to Bob's family how I feel for your loss and know that Bob looks down at all his family daily with great love and adoration. I must say I was devistated when I learned Bob was ill, and at that time sent a note to him to say I love you, and I truly did. I will always cherish the childhood memories of the Krogstad / Manlowe get togethers, which looking back seemes like every week. I was lucky enough to continue to have Bob in my life when his step-son Dean I were in high...

Bob was mine and my sister Elizabeths's step father from 1971 till about 1980. Bob taught me the game of golf, and was a mentor of mine for many years, even though after he and my mother divorced, we had little contact. He met my first wife, my first child during breakfast at the Club...how apprapro. Bobby, Laury and Jennifer and us were family during those years, and I have fond memories of their trips down for holidays and summer. I became a golf pro for a little time late in my life,...

Lot of memories from growing up with Bob in Blue Ridge, Seattle. My heart goes out to the family. May Bob rest in peace.
