worked with Bob for years at Progressive/ABA Insurance Services. He had a great & quirky sense of humor and was always kind to me and many others. I learned a lot from Bob & even though I hadnt seen him in years, know this earth will be a little less jolly without Bob. Rest easy, Bob...you will be missed!
