Mike shared stories and fun times that he had at the University of San Diego. His "school" there was actually the beach! He cherished his memories and the friends he met while there. Mike was an honest and straightforward kind of guy and this I admired about him. I will miss fixing dinners for him and his frequent visits to our home. Mike Manning and Dennis Giles, who passed away today, January 11th we´re best friends -we attended the University of San Diego together in 1970´ -Mike went into the military and we were rejoined working in Omaha together several years later -we were good friends, laughed easily -I, Bob Maxwell will miss them both and remain amazed that they past within two weeks of each other -fun times in heaven!! I have known Mike since we attended Creighton Prep. He was fun loving and thoughtful. I am sorry for your loss.
