I had Mr. Marsh for World History when I was in seventh grade. He was so enthusiastic about the subject, he was almost jumping up and down. I enjoyed that class! Thank you.

To Mr. Marsh and family,
Although quite some time has passed since our last meeting, it does not alleviate the feelings of grief and loss I currently feel. You had an open heart and open mind whenever any of us needed it. You were kind enough to let a bunch of high school kids use your Killington condo to get away when we needed it. You have provided many people with with many wonderful memories, and for that I will forever be greatful. I do not plan to mourn your loss, but rather,...

To Kimmy, Robbie and Pat,
As you can imagine, I am so sorry that you have had to endure the loss of your dad. Speaking from my personal experiences with your family, I can tell you that you were truly loved and you all gave back as much to your dad, as he gave to you.
I can fill a house with all of my happy childhood memories of your family. What will wonderfully resonate for me is remembering your dad, right up front, proudly sharing and experiencing joy, in all that you did. ...

Dear Kim, Rob, Patrick and Nan and Marion,
In loving memory of a fascinating and exceptional man. He brought a wonderful happiness to my life. "The day of his death was a dark cold day." His presence will remain embedded in my heart.

Dear Marsh family,
I always remembered your dad to be a kind man and I am truly sorry for your loss. It is obvious that your father touched many lives and will be greatly missed. I sincerely hope that time does heal all wounds and that you find comfort in your family and friends. May your memories bring smiles to your faces, especially during the most difficult times.

Mr. Marsh,
What I remember most was your willingness to always listen to others and to take the time to discuss any situation or problem in such a way as to always leave the person somehow feeling better about it. Your style, sense of humor and warm demeanor will be missed but will also endure in the hearts and minds of those of us who had the great pleasure in knowing you.
God Bless to you and your family.

Rob, Patrick and Kim;
I am very sorry to have heard of your
loss. I know what you are going
through and just take comfort in
knowing how many lives your father
has touched and in such a positive
way. From hiring all us bums to work
in the Morristown store, to all the lives
he changed by being a great teacher.
Keep his memory alive in your minds
and it will give you peace, and
some good laughs.
Again, I am sorry.

To Bob's wonderful family,
As you probably know Bob was very much loved by the students, faculty, and staff at Gibbs. He was the energy that got the students involved in school activities. He was the one that brought levity to sometimes tedious faculty meetings.
And on a personal level, Bob and I would often sit and talk about nothing in particular, and have a great time doing it. Bob was a pleasure!
