I always enjoyed talking with Uncle Bob over the holidays. He was easy to talk to and could chat about anything. He was also very thoughtful. He knew I loved to cook. One day I get a huge America´s Test Kitchen book (I´m talking 5 pounds) delivered to my house. Of course it´s from Uncle Bob. I never asked for it - in fact I never even knew the book existed. Every recipe the show ever made. He knew I´d love it, so he saw it advertised and decided I needed to have it. I think of him...
