I was so sorry to learn of the death of Bob Maurice. Much to my disappointment, I was unable to attend the services on Friday, Nov. 12. Bob was the architect of our home on Briar Drive. Our home was built by C.C. Rouse and Tynes Sparks. Bob had designed a home that was similar to ours in River Oaks. It belonged to the Eddy Scurlock Family and I believe it was on Inverness. THANK YOU DIANNE FOR CALLING ME ABOUT BOB'S PASSING. YES, I REMEMBER HIM WELL NOW THAT I SEE HIS FACE. WE HAD SOME FINE DISCUSSIONS AND SOCIAL INTERCOURSE THROUGH THE YEARS AT THE RIVER OAKS ROTARY CLUB.

We are very sad to learn of Bob's death,
it was a pleasure to have known and worked with him in the River Oaks Rotary Club. I served as Club President for a year and later as Rotary District Governor in Alabama.
