Dear Family:
I have so many fond memories of spending time with Bob, and Vern Riffe, at our favorite watering hole. Bob regaled us with wonderful stories including the one about trying to recruit a Republican candidate to run in Scioto County against Vern Riffe. I can still hear him laughing.
You were blessed with a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. I know how much he cherished all of you.
Well I would say that Vern is shuffling the deck right now and sitting down...
