Bob, I think about you often- our cadet days, Ranger School buddies, paratroopers together in the 82d Airborne, and then we had to grow up. No one did that better than you my friend.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing on through Heaven's Gates. He was much like a second dad to me through much of my teen years. Sorry that I have not done a good job of keeping in touch. Miss you all.

The ever present neighborhood kid has unique access to the home of his best friend two houses over. Access to a loving welcoming family. The family with the towering strong father - Mr. McCarthy. Roberta and family, Sincere condolences to your family. My dad ''Doc'' Malewicz was so inspired by Bob's athleticism and lifelong dedication to all his accomplishments. Fond stories related throughout the years to my family about Bob abound. Bob never forgot anyone and it was so heartwarming to have him pay his respects to my dad few years ago at his wake. I was equally thrilled that Bob along with my dad was inducted into the 1st EBHS athletic hall of fame. May Bob rest in eternal peace.
