Not sure what to say?

Bob, I think about you often- our cadet days, Ranger School buddies, paratroopers together in the 82d Airborne, and then we had to grow up. No one did that better than you my friend.

Dear Roberta and Family, So sorry to learn of Bob´s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire MCCarthy Family.

We are very sorry for your loss of Bob, we have fond memories of him. We were blessed to have known him through his association with STAM. He was professional in all he did, and a special person to us. He will be greatly missed.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing on through Heaven's Gates. He was much like a second dad to me through much of my teen years. Sorry that I have not done a good job of keeping in touch. Miss you all.

The ever present neighborhood kid has unique access to the home of his best friend two houses over.  Access to a loving welcoming family.  The family with the towering strong father - Mr. McCarthy.  Even through the eyes of a child it's clear this father is a special man.  A trip to the mailbox at 353 Summer, gosh why so much mail?  And what's with that Attorney At Law sign hanging in the front yard?  Child's eyes only see a kind welcoming man.  The child grows to know the man dedicated to...

One condolences to the whole McCarthy family. We have known Bob in many capacities in town and state government, at church, and especially at Kiwanis. He will be missed and fondly remembered by many.

He was a wonderful man. I worked with him on many campaigns. One of the good guys ...Rest in Peace.

An honorable gentleman of the first order. May Bob rest in the peace and love of God.

Roberta and family, Sincere condolences to your family. My dad ''Doc'' Malewicz was so inspired by Bob's athleticism and lifelong dedication to all his accomplishments. Fond stories related throughout the years to my family about Bob abound. Bob never forgot anyone and it was so heartwarming to have him pay his respects to my dad few years ago at his wake. I was equally thrilled that Bob along with my dad was inducted into the 1st EBHS athletic hall of fame. May Bob rest in eternal peace.
