Robert H. McClaughry

Robert H. McClaughry, 80, of Minerva, died Monday, January 2, 2006 in St. Luke Lutheran Community following a brief illness. Born in Newton Falls, OH January 29, 1925, he was the son of the late Carl and Lesta (Schyhart) McClaughry. He was retired from the Canton City Engineering Department in 1981. He attended the First Christian Church in Minerva, Ohio and was a World War II Army Veteran.

He is survived by daughters Patty (Jerome) Cantrell of Jamestown, TN, Pam (Emilio) Campos of Canton, sons Mark (Nancy) McClaughry of Carrollton, Mike (Virginia) McClaughry of Post Falls, Idaho; sister Mrs. R. C. Carman of St. Petersburg, FL, 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
