Not sure what to say?

I am very glad to have met Bob McCray, over the years he would amaze me with his useful art projects.
He would very much impress me with his way of using his recycles items, from his yard and house.
Whether it be a lever for toilet seat lifter, or a book holder suspended from his ceiling.
He was such a easy person to talk with.
Bob McCray will be truly miss,
But never forgotten.

I'm very sorry to learn of Bob's death. We were friends in the early to mid 1950s. Bob was as fine a person as I've had the privilege to know--a true gentleman in every sense of the word. I' sure that all who knew him would agree.
Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.

Just learned of Bob's passing. He and I were classmates at Maine Township High School in Park Ridge, Illinois, class of '52. I remember his slow smile and pleasant mien - always ready to talk or listen, whatever was required. A good athlete with the "team" not "me" uppermost in his mind. Happy Trails, Bob! You've left a lot of good memories behind.

Bob will be greatly missed by his friends in the sailing/kayak group at Dempster Beach. He was a witty and charming presence with understated humor and overstated sartorial splendor. What a thoughtful and decent human being. We send Nancy & family our sincere condolences. Linda & Payson Wild

Dear Nancy,
Me and Jos know you from Tango, where we often watched you and Bob glide across the dance floor. Please know that the two of you have served as an inspiration to me since the first time I saw you dance. I'm thankful to have met the two of you. Sending love and warm thoughts in this sad time.

Dear Nancy,

I missed you at swimming and heard that you lost your husband. I'm so sorry. I didn't know him but he must have been really special to have caught your eye and kept it.

Please know that I am thinking of you. If there is anything I can do to help, I hope you will ask.

Come back to class as soon as you feel up to it. We are all thinking of you.

One of your many swim buddies,

Dear family and friends, so sorry for your loss, you can find the comfort you need in God's word at John (5:25, 28-29) my condolences.

I am saddened to hear about Bob, he was such a wonderful person and I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Gayle Albano, (from Moraine).

My deepest condolences to the McCray Family. Bob was a wonderful man who I will miss dearly.

I have known Bob for 16 years at Moraine Valley Community College as a part-time writer on my staff, as a colleague, and as a friend.

We always tried to find time each semester to spend a few minutes talking and having coffee, and if there wasn't time for that, we always chatted for a few minutes when passing in the hallways.

When I was teaching, Bob and I frequently compared...
