Dear Ellen,

Very sorry to learn of Bobby's passing.
My earliest memory of family is meeting you and Bob at a lawn party at Uncle Tom and Aunt Margret's and being fascinated by the cartoon mural he had drawn a wall. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of my wonderful Uncle Bobby. He provided me significant counsel when I was growing up as I had many challenges. He was thoughtful, kind and simply hilarious. I was just made away of his passing by my son Brandon. I am just overwhelmed with sadness. Uncle Bobby was larger than life and brought me great joy. Do to family issues, I have not kept in contact with Uncle Bobby and my wonderful Aunt Ellen. I feel most guilty for this. My heart cries for Aunt...

I was deeply saddened to hear of Bob's unexpected passing. He was a wonderful individual and true gentleman. I am sure he will be missed by many. My sincerest condolences to you and your family.

Remembering the fun we had in D.C. and Palm Beach, please accept my sincere sympathy.

It is with a heavy heart that I send you my condolences. Bob was a special person in my life...like a brother...since I did not have brothers. The time we spent in the Army, and our personal and family relationships,are unforgettable. I will miss him dearly and am so sad for his unexpected passing. The burden on you, Ellen, and your family, must be very heavy.
