Read MoreI did not hear about Robert's passing until this Sunday June 7th. Sorry that I missed the family reception. Robert is one of our Great Americans. His leadership commanded strength and empathy for all who worked with him. It was a true privilege to serve with him at the South Carolina Department of Corrections. He will be missed by all.
