My "Uncle Bob" was one of my favorite people growing up. I will never forget his kindness, strength and wonderful sense of humor. My heart goes out to my cousins, the McGinley's, extended family and also the town of Shrewsbury, whose residents will forever owe Chief Robert McGinley a debt of gratitude for his years of service.
