Happy Birthday in Heaven Robert!

I met Bob in PCB BACK IN '75... He is joined in Heaven by Marshall Lowery as of 1July... I now think of them as young men throwing a Football on the Beach!! That's how I met them and even though we remained friends for almost 4 Decades.. (I worked for the BRAVES for a year between JC and BAMA)They will always be those nice guys I met on a beach as teenagers!!! I'll miss. Bobs easy smile, his confident manner and how when he met my Mom during a visit to BHam one time( he met us for lunch)...

So sorry to hear about Robert. He was my sweetheart in high school and I loved him dearly. My prayers go out to his family....Will never forget you Robert!

Great memories of Robert at Huffman High School. My deepest sympathy for his family.

Robert is gone...this is hard to believe. He was the best athlete in high school and I always admired his abilities. Just finding this out and thinking he would be one of the last of us to pass...it is cause for reflection as I see him as a young man in my memory...as if we were all 18 years old again.
