Mr. Mc Laughlin,
I want to thank you for being the great educator that you were, you showed me the difference of being a leader, a person that people trust and respect, and of someone whom others just follow blindly. With your guidance I learned to be a giver, how to share all of the knowledge that others in my profession have freely given to me and to become a positive, productive and effective leader.
