Not sure what to say?

Bob,
All my prayers are with you and those you loved. I found out about your passing today, and became profoundly saddened. I was reminded of our introduction by my sister Stacy and John Swain. You sold me a TV within the week ! I am listening to it now, as I click away on the laptop you sold me as well. You must be missed by many, as I miss you and barely got too know you. God bless you.

We're going to miss you at the family reunions--I'm sorry you weren't there at the last one. We always...
