Not sure what to say?

Cindy & Family,

We were so sorry to hear the news about Bob. Roy commented that the two of them had spent a lot of time running together in training. They also spent time running together in races, where Bob usually outran Roy! It's no news to you that Bob was a good, kind person and it was a pleasure to know him. Please know that we share your sadness, as well as your many happy memories of Bob.

Dear Cynthia, Jean and I will always remember you and Bob as our corner neighbors. I loved talking to Bob as I saw him working in the yard and on your house. We were so sorry to hear of your loss and will pray for you. Bob was an outstanding person and it was a blessing to know him. I will let your extended family at Immaculate Conception Church know so prayers can be said for Bob.

Very sorry to here of your loss, He will be greatly missed. You are all in our prayers.

Our deepest sympathies go out to Uncle Bob’s immediate family, as well as the entire Meech family. I will always remember him as being a truly good man, kind and cheerful. It is heartbreaking that one so strong, active and far too young, should be taken by such an aggressive form of Cancer. His courage and zest for life are an inspiration to everyone who was fortunate enough to have known him.

Dawn (Meech) Hogan, and Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Meech family. May God bless you with beautiful memories.

Bob was a thoughtful, true friend, a cherished travel companion, a golf partner who always had words of encouragement and always offered a helping hand when needed. His absence will leave a void in our hearts forever. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family.
With All Our Love,
Steve and Neva

I am greatly saddened at the news of Bob's passing. Bob and I are cousins and it's been at least 45 years since I've seen or talked to Bob, but many of my fondest boyhood memories are filled with Bob, Bill and Ernie. They are very fond memories and I will hold them dear. If I had to describe what it thought Bob might look like after all these many years, the picture Ernie sent with the notice would have been it. His smile didn't change a bit. I'll bet his smile still lit up everything around...

Mr. Meech we will miss you greatly. We were very blessed to have you in our lives for such a long time. You were a true friend not only to my dad & mom but to us. Although our hearts are very saddened we know without a doubt you are in a much better place, heaven. Thank you for the wonderful memories! To Mrs. Meech and the girls- we will always be here for you. Peace be with all of you during this difficult time.

Ernie
and Rose -
Our deepest sympathy on the loss of your brother Bob. It's never easy to lose a loved one, but it's comforting to know that God understands your sorrow and stands close by to comfort and strengthen you as you experience these coming days of grief. I would highly recommend that you read Getting to the Other Side of Grief. Don't buy the book, I'll send you a copy next week. I found it to be most helpful when I lost Nadine. I would appreciate it if you would keep me posted...
