Robert Alexander Meeder

Uncle Bob was truly one of a kind. He was hilarious, generous, full of optimism and light. We find some comfort in his having passed the night before the 4th of July (a holiday he so loved!) - he certainly had the best seat in the house for the fireworks the next day, in a place where he is no longer in pain. We love you, Uncle Bob. Thank you for all you did for our family over the years.

Bob was always upbeat and happy whenever I talked with him. He was my brother's financial advisor and my sisters and I "inherited him" when we inherited the money our brother left us. It was truly a great "inheritance". He was special. I will miss being able to talk to him from time to time, whether about finances or just to say hi and catch up with what's going on in our lives. I will feel his loss as well!

Sherry and family I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was such a special man. He helped me through the loss of Jack and became a cherished friend. The last time we talked he told me how happy he was and what a wonderful privilege it was to be a grandpa. I will miss visiting with him. My deepest sympathy to each of you.

Bob always made sure he had the date on his calendar so he could make his annual drive to Monett. Rest in peace Bob.
