Dear Phyllis--
It is with sadness that we note the passing of Bob. I rememeber him from my earliest days at The Travelers, more than 50 years ago. He was alwyas cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We are glad we got to spend some time with both of you when we visited in Sarasota. Cora and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your children. He will be missed, but his memory will be cherished and not forgotten.
