I'm so sorry to learn of the passing of Dr. Bob. I appreciated his dedication to our church choir. His solo, "When You Wish Upon a Star" at our fun parish songfest was absulutely great! He will be missed by all.

I worked with Dr Middendorf for 20 years at Dallas Eye Care. He was a brilliant ophthalmologist and a great teacher, always being patient with staff and willing to educate. Always having a witty joke on hand and genuinely interested in his patients overall health, not just their ocular health. He had no stronger love than his family. Godspeed Dr Middendorf.

I met Dr. Middendorf in June of 2013 at Dallas Eye Care in Gun Barrel City, Texas. Loved working with him. He was very smart and witty. He loved to talk politics. I remember him bringing us donuts everytime he came out. He will be missed.
