My condolences to the Milligan family and friends. Bobby was on my mind all day last week when I was visiting Hampton. The shock when I read the online paper today. I met Bobby about 15 years ago, he was injured at work and I filled his prescription. Later that week he came by the house to visit my husband it so happened they worked together, small world. He did love the outdoors and fishing! My prayers are with you!
