I will always be glad I met his family. I would lke to get an e-mail from anyone that wants to contact [email protected].

We served on different Destroyer Escort ships during WW2 We enjoyed each other as we went together on the honor flight Sept 2007.and later to Springfield, OH. I remember he loaned me a movie that he sang in the Navy choir. He had perfect pitch I believe. I will miss him,but am happy to have known his wife, Mary, and sons. You-all are a wonderful family. you can be proud of each other. Fred Garvin.

Very sorry to learn of Bob's passing I knew him well as he was my supervisor at DSAO in 1972. He was a great person to work for and also a good friend. I am sure he will be missed by many. My
sincere condolances to the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Bob from Sunrise of Bexley where my mother resides. What a sweet man. He will be missed by many.

Bob and Mary were wonderful neighbors. For many years Bob did a lot for the association where we lived. I will miss Bob's big smile and how he loved to play with my dog.
