I am "Cousin Stubba" from Minnesota and I enjoyed many good meals with Bob at his home in Portland. It was always fun to get together and remember good family times. My sincere sympathy to his family - especially his children.
Florence "Stubba" Strand Gilbertson

I was very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Bob and my mother were first cousins and whenever my mother visited from Minnesota we would get together with Bob. I enjoyed the time we spent together-our last was a trip to Dundee to enjoy some Oregon pinot. My condolences to the family.

My best to all the families,Bob was a great friend and old neighbor

Although I had not seen him in many years, I used to work with Bob at Orbanco/Security Pacific. He was a good person with many friends and interests and I enjoyed working with him. I would like to offer my sincere sympathy to his family.

Bob Mitchell was one hell of a good guy. He will be missed by many and made my Mother very happy for ten years, for which I will always be thankful.

Bob was a man of many interests and a great conversationalist, and my family and I really enjoyed the times we had with him. We also appreciated him for all the joy he brought my Mom, Sally, for the 10 years they had together. Bob was a good guy with a great attitude and we will miss him.

Love you, Bob. I loved the talks we had together. I will miss you--you enriched all of our lives.
