Bob was best described as a "Class Act" and loved studying the history of law enforcement in the U. S. He wrote many scholarly papers on police badge history and was a longtime collector of badges worn by lawman. We shared a passion for precious metal badges from all over the U. S. but especially from the Hawaiian Islands.
