Robert Gates Monroe

I so remember Bob as a referee many, many years ago. I played basketball at Rockford High School. We were always so glad when we saw that he would be the referee. He was always so fair. I still have a postcard that he sent to our coach wishing us well in District tournament play. My thoughts and prayers to those who knew, and loved him.
