I knew Mr. Montgomery since I was a young girl and friends with his daughter Liz, as I am to this day. He was always so kind to me, as was Mrs. Montgomery. One of my fond memories is how he always welcomed me at his home, and then politely reminded me to try and park in the street so as not to block vehicles in the driveway! To this day I remember that when I visit others and now I remind MY daughter's friends to park in the street! I love that memory. My kids and I saw him last summer...

Bob was always a pleasure to talk to and sit with during our times at Community Watch. He was a real gentleman and the citizens of Lower Merion owe a great debt of gratitude to him for his service to them. His passing is a great loss to family and friends, but God has gained a wonderful servant. God bless and keep his family in their time of loss.
