Not sure what to say?

Ron Borchert at Put-In-Bay called me today to let me know of Bob's passing and before we got to that part of the conversation I had just expressed how I was looking forward to spending more time at our house in Put-In-Bay this spring and hopefully with Bob maybe fishing from our dock or just talking. I was in an auto accident in May of last year when my wife and I was heading to PIB. My kidneys failed 3 weeks later causing the doctors to find that at 49 yrs. old I had Multiple Myloma...

Bob is finally at peace. Our deepest sympathies go out to all Bob's family and friends. It was a valiant struggle for Bob and for all who supported him in his battle. Bob was a great guy and will be greatly missed. It was an honor to have known him and to know how many people he touched in his life.

Love to all,
Mark & Aloha Clarke

So sorry to here of Bob's illness and passing. I am an old neighbor from Elsmere Ave. I knew bob and his family when we were all very young and all we did was play outside! The family might remember my last name Getzlaff(Nancy). My prayers are with you all.

May your lumber be straight,
Your pencil, unbroken
Your blades ever sharp,
And your aim always true!
Rest in Peace, Bob....

Love,
Phil and Leslie

Bob Moore Jr. will forever be remembered for his charm, warmth, sense of humor, and ability to recognize when those in need reachout for help. My Sincere Sympathies to The Moore Family.

Dear Moore Family,

My sincere condolences to your family during this hard time. I was deeply saddened to read of Bob's passing. After reading the website, it broke my heart to learn how much pain and medical complications he went thru. But thru it all, he was still "Bob" and stayed positive with brave determination not to give up. Bob had a special way about him and he touched so many lives. I will always remember his smiling face and that certain twinkle he would get in his eye. ...

Our thoughts and Prayers are with you on this sad day. Wish we could be with you for his Celebration of Life.

"Tall Bob" is what my friends and I always called him. He was a great guy with a love for life. He will always be remembered for his humor (he always made us laugh) and his "tall dark and handsome" looks. We knew him from the disco days and became great friends. I haven't seen him since a visit in the Cleveland Clinic right before he went home. He was always in my thoughts and prayers. I thought he was doing better, so I was deeply saddened when I heard of his death. My deepest condolences to...

My Deepest Sympathies and Prayers.
