I worked with him at Emanuel Hospital in surgery when he would assist Dr. O'Halloran. Such a pleasure to work with, such kindness and a great since of (my kind of) humor. Such a gentle man, never a cross moment.

My sincere condolences to the Moore family.
Dr. Bob (Aka Uncle Bob) was truly one of my favorite surgeons at Emanuel hospital. Not only was he an excellent surgeon, he was genuinely one of the nicest I had the pleasure of working with for close to 30 years. I will forever remember his kindness, his incredible love for his family, and the many lessons learned from him during my OR career. Heaven gained an angel for sure.

Bob was my senior resident and teacher at the OHSU Urology residency program in 1958. I was a junior resident at that time He was a good friend and an excellent instructor.
