I was in Vietnam with Bob with the 1st Battalion 83rd Artillery in 1966-67. On behalf of myself, and the entire 1/83rd family, I want to express our condolences to Bob's Family. My recollections of Bob were of a quiet and calm person who got along with everyone he met. He will be missed by his brothers in the 1/83rd. Lest We Forget.
